Network Architect (On-Prem)

REQUIREMENT: On Prem experience Solution Architecture Network and Infrastructure DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Consult with IT project teams to align infrastructure architecture with project requirements, identifying necessary modifications. Develop comprehensive capacity plans for computer and storage requirements in on-premise, virtualized, or cloud environments. Ensure that architecture project roll-outs meet security standards and seamlessly integrate with existing applications and infrastructure. Develop detailed implementation plans for infrastructure architecture based on IT strategies and business requirements. Actively participate in project requirements gathering, contributing to the overall IT infrastructure plans. Evaluate project success, identifying best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement.. Provides feedback to leadership and incorporates this information into future integration plans. Ensures documentation of entire architecture design and evaluation work. Develop and execute communication plus education plan for infrastructure architecture Regularly inspect and work to improve current systems and procedures. Ensure disaster preparedness; secure backup and recovery methods to protect against system disruptions. Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time. JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or any related course. Related Work Experience – At least 3- 5+ years of relevant experience At least 3+ years of extensive hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure design, implementation, migration, operations and solution deployment of business-critical systems with high availability context Solutions design of IT infrastructures (i.e. compute, storage, network, security)
