About the role As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze and enhance various workflows to improve overall efficiency. You will work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into detailed product requirements and use cases. Your role involves identifying areas where processes can be optimized and designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback to ensure ongoing improvements. Collaboration and communication with different stakeholders will be an essential part of your daily activities to support effective process management. Key responsibilities Analyze, develop, and improve workflows Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection mechanisms to help refine processes over time Perform independently and become a subject matter expert Participate actively in team discussions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements Document and communicate process improvements and changes clearly to stakeholders Support the implementation of new workflows and monitor their effectiveness Assist in training and guiding team members on updated processes and best practices About you Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Order Management Expert proficiency in Oracle Order Management Strong knowledge of order management lifecycle and related business processes Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify areas for improvement Experience in designing process documentation and use case scenarios Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection Experience with Oracle Cloud Cost Management (good to have) Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud (good to have)
