OT Security Lead

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives and resolve complex challenges. Support strategic planning, operational execution, and delivery of security services. Mentor team members and foster continuous capability development. Ensure compliance with client requirements, security standards, and industry best practices. Contribute to the improvement of OT security processes, controls, and overall service quality. Here’s what you’ll need: 3-5 years of experience in OT/ICS Security. Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks and standards (NIST SP 800-82, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, ISO/IEC 62443). Familiarity with industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, PROFINET, and OPC-UA. Experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments. Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks in OT infrastructure. Hands-on experience with OT security monitoring and incident response tools (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willing to work on a shifting schedule and hybrid setup in Cubao. Nice-to-Have: Experience with security managed services or critical infrastructure environments. Industry certifications related to OT/ICS cybersecurity. What’s in it for you?
