About the role As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities. Key responsibilities Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and application performance Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing About you Expert proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, and system management Experience with application lifecycle management including patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and middleware solutions Proficient in using low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality Ability to monitor system performance and implement tuning strategies to ensure reliability Minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration
