WE ARE HIRING: PERFORMANCE TEST MANAGER Location: BGC, Taguig Work Setup: Hybrid – 8x onsite per month Employment Type: Project-Based (Extension & Absorption) JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Manager with strong expertise in performance test management and hands-on experience using LoadRunner Enterprise, VuGen, and JMeter . REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Strong experience in Performance Test Management . Proficient in LoadRunner Enterprise . Hands-on experience in: Performance test scenario and parameter design VuGen script development and debugging Test data preparation and management Performance test execution Test log extraction and analysis Proficient in Apache JMeter , particularly: Scripting Annotation Correlation Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, manage, and coordinate performance testing activities throughout the testing lifecycle. Design performance test scenarios, workload models, and test parameters using LoadRunner Enterprise . Develop, enhance, and debug performance test scripts using VuGen . Prepare and manage test data required for performance testing. Execute performance tests and monitor test results. Extract and analyze performance test logs and results. Identify performance bottlenecks and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. Prepare performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Develop and maintain performance testing scripts using JMeter . Perform JMeter scripting, annotation, and correlation . Ensure performance testing activities are aligned with project requirements and timelines.
