Performance Tester

Detailed description of work task to be carried out We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing, with mandatory expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of API and Microservices testing, along with scripting experience in TrueClient and HTTP/HTML protocols within LRE. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE). • Create and enhance TrueClient and HTTP/HTML scripts for web-based applications. • Conduct performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing. • Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations. • Work on API and Microservices performance testing, including service virtualization where required. • Monitor system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sysdig etc. • Prepare test plans, workload models, test scenarios, and performance reports. • Collaborate with Development, QA, Infra, and Business teams for issue resolution. • Handle performance testing for applications built on PEGA platform. Must-have knowledge and experience Mandatory Skills: • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing. • Strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE). • Hands-on experience in TrueClient scripting. • Strong experience in HTTP/HTML scripting. • Good knowledge of API and Microservices architecture. • Experience in performance testing of PEGA applications. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Nice-to-have knowledge and experience Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Sysdig, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk). • Experience with CI/CD integration for performance testing. • SQL knowledge for backend validation. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
