Power Platform Developer & Integration Lead

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements: We require an active Top Secret security clearance. We need demonstrated experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform technologies. We require experience integrating enterprise applications and managing data across multiple business systems. We need experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. We require five or more years of experience developing, implementing, integrating, or managing enterprise software solutions. We require a bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. In lieu of a degree, we will consider nine years of relevant professional experience. We prefer Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate. We prefer Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate. We prefer Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate. We prefer PMP certification. We prefer Agile or Scrum certifications. We prefer experience with Python development. We prefer experience integrating enterprise software systems using APIs. We prefer experience with IBM TRIRIGA, IWMS, CMMS, EAM, or records management platforms. We prefer experience supporting facilities, construction, engineering, real estate, or workplace operations organizations. We prefer knowledge of federal information security requirements and system governance. Responsibilities: We design, develop, implement, and support applications using Microsoft Power Apps. We build automated workflows and process orchestration with Power Automate. We create interactive dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting solutions in Power BI. We design and maintain SharePoint sites, communication portals, lists, libraries, and workflow-enabled business applications. We create and maintain databases, forms, reporting tools, and business applications using SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Dataverse, and related technologies. We use Python and other scripting tools to automate data management and reporting tasks. We lead integration efforts across enterprise systems supporting facilities, construction, project management, and operational functions. We design and manage API-based integrations between Power Platform solutions and third-party applications. We collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth interoperability across business systems. We support software implementation, testing, validation, deployment, and user acceptance activities. We troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, reporting, and integration issues. We ensure solutions align with organizational cybersecurity, governance, and data management requirements. We maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, data dictionaries, and configuration records. We meet with facilities and construction stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements. We analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation. We translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions. We recommend and implement enhancements to existing applications and business systems. We develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and pilot solutions for emerging business needs. We produce standard and ad hoc reports to support operational and executive decision-making. We build automated reporting solutions and business intelligence dashboards. We maintain performance metrics and data visualization tools. We support data quality, governance, and reporting integrity initiatives.
