Principal Product Engineer

📋 Description Own product yield and quality from first silicon to HVM. Define the product engineering landscape and hardware portfolio direction. Collaborate with design, foundry, packaging, test, and reliability teams. Focus on yield and quality, DFx, and end-to-end product lifecycle. Define manufacturing and test strategies, including DFT and test specs. Hands-on leadership: debug test, yield, power and performance issues. 🎯 Requirements Master’s in CS, EE, Physics, Materials Science or related field. 5+ years as a product engineer in semiconductors; 12+ years total. Experience developing DFT strategy. Experience developing test plans. Familiarity with advanced packaging flows.
