📋 Description Monitor SLAs and workflow performance; flag anomalies. Investigate root causes of performance issues. Build dashboards and reports to surface process status. Own end-to-end operational workflows with visibility into bottlenecks. Drive provider/connection lifecycle: intake, mapping, coordination, automation handoff. Collaborate with product, integrations, and engineering to automate workflows. 🎯 Requirements Data-driven, analytical, and operational-minded; use metrics to fix issues. Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes. Strong reporting; build and interpret operational metrics. Proficient with structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON) and SQL basics.
