Product Analyst

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related field. We are seeking 5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, product ownership, or a comparable role. We need experience supporting customer-facing digital products and identity-related initiatives. We value a solid understanding of modern authentication, access management, and identity concepts. Familiarity with authentication standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML is required. Knowledge of identity provider platforms, multifactor authentication approaches, and customer account security principles is important. We look for the ability to analyze datasets, spot trends, and inform decisions through research and reporting. Experience with tools such as SQL, Splunk, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is needed. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Responsibilities: We partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements. We translate business goals into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. We assess customer authentication and account management experiences to uncover improvement opportunities. We document end-to-end customer journeys covering account creation, sign-in, credential recovery, profile management, and identity verification. We work with engineering, product, QA, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively. We support prioritization efforts, backlog refinement, and release planning activities. We track project tasks, dependencies, and risks while keeping stakeholders informed. We assist testing efforts by validating business requirements and supporting user acceptance testing. We create documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources for operational and business teams. We conduct research and data analysis to support product decisions and ongoing improvement initiatives.
