WHAT YOU WILL DO
– Own end-to-end product design for complex Al-powered workflows across web, desktop, and mobile.
– Partner closely with PM and Engineering to drive experience decisions from discovery to launch.
– Translate Al capabilities into clear, usable, and trustworthy user experiences.
– Lead design decisions within a Pod, ensuring quality, consistency, and delivery predictability.
– Validate solutions through rapid iteration, user feedback, and usability testing.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR
– 5+ years of product design experience on complex digital products (SaaS, Al, or platforms).
– Strong system thinking and ability to design for ambiguity and evolving requirements.
– Hands-on experience designing Al-driven or data-intensive user experiences.
– Fluent or near-native English communication skills (spoken and written).
– Proven ability to work independently as an owner, not just an executor.
