Product Head – Technology Job Description Position Overview The Product Head - Technology will provide strategic leadership in defining, developing, and managing the organization’s technology products and digital solutions. This role will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle , from product strategy and ideation through development, launch, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should have a strong technology background , combined with proven experience in product management, digital transformation, Agile methodologies, and team leadership . The role requires someone who can effectively bridge business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities to deliver innovative, scalable, and commercially viable technology products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall technology product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle , from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Identify emerging technology trends, market opportunities, and customer needs to drive product innovation. Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria . Lead and mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other members of the product team. Work closely with Engineering, IT, UX/UI, QA, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. Prioritize product backlogs, features, and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities. Establish and monitor product KPIs, performance metrics, adoption, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction . Ensure technology products are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational standards. Oversee product launches and go-to-market strategies , ensuring effective coordination across relevant teams. Manage product budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies. Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the product portfolio. Present product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and performance reports to senior management and executive leadership . Manage relationships with technology partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders when required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related field . 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology, Digital Products, IT, or a related field, with significant leadership experience. Proven experience managing technology or digital products from concept to launch and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong technical understanding of software applications, APIs, cloud technologies, databases, system integration, and digital platforms . Experience in product roadmap development, backlog management, requirements gathering, and product analytics . Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders . Amenable to work onsite Malate Can start ASAP
