Product Management Analyst

Salary: $104,600 - 162,300 per year Requirements: We require at least 2 years of work experience with a bachelors degree, or an advanced degree. Preferred: 3 or more years of work experience with a bachelors degree, or more than 2 years of work experience with an advanced degree. We are looking for at least 5 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or a related discipline within financial services, fintech, or payments. A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related area is required; an advanced degree is a plus. Experience with data and analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, or data warehousing solutions is preferred. Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and experience managing and refining product backlogs is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the skill to turn complex data into practical insights and client-facing narratives, is required. Demonstrated success working across engineering, sales, and client-facing teams is preferred. Experience supporting or leading client implementations, onboarding, or go-to-market initiatives is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create persuasive product materials and present to internal and external stakeholders, are required. Exposure to AI, machine learning, or natural language processing concepts is a plus, especially in relation to data access and client self-service. Responsibilities: We leverage AI tools, including Claude, to speed up the creation of business requirements, working-backwards documents, product specifications, and go-to-market materials. We define and communicate VDM product priorities and roadmap, including plans to expand client self-service within the platform. We partner with VDM data engineering teams to support the development and rollout of the AI Conversationalist, a natural language query capability for portfolio data exploration. We conduct user acceptance testing on newly released functionality. We coordinate cross-functional teams across Visa, including Implementations and Support, to manage issues promptly, maintain operational excellence, and ensure accurate reporting data. We support implementation teams in onboarding new clients to VDM and help deliver a smooth setup that accelerates time to value. We create and maintain onboarding materials and processes that help clients adopt the VDM platform quickly and effectively. We contribute to go-to-market content for new capabilities and product launches, including sales overview presentations and client-facing meeting materials. We provide product expertise and analytical support in sales conversations to explain the value of VDM and the Open Analytics strategy to prospective and existing clients. We help clients with reporting execution by providing analytical insight and guidance in the VDM tool. We act as the primary product liaison with customer service teams for data-related client questions, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution. We create and maintain product performance reporting and statistics, including global and performance dashboards, engagement metrics, feature usage dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs.
