📋 Description Own product planning, roadmap, and release cadence for the R&D Efficiency Platform. Identify pain points in CI/CD, DevSecOps, Change Mgmt, multi-cloud. Lead design of CI/CD, Change Mgmt, security gates, and multi-cloud resources. Plan AI Agent/LLM productization for intelligent review and ChatOps. Collaborate with R&D, SRE, and Security to onboard systems. Establish a data-driven metrics system (DORA, MTTR, cost) to optimize value.
