Define strategy and roadmap for Aperture Cloud's Research team and manage relationships with key external partners.
📋 Description Define strategy and roadmap for Aperture Cloud's Research team. Work with customers to understand problems and requirements. Translate needs into model requirements; partner with engineering. Interface with Engineering, Infrastructure, Agent PM, and GTM teams. Manage relationships with key external partners. Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery to adoption. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience (PM, founder, engineer, researcher). Experience developing AI/ML models in a research environment. Strong technical acumen — model architecture, training data, eval pipelines. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments.
