Product Manager, Specialist

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a strong interest in building intuitive, client-focused mobile experiences. Experience with payments is not required, but familiarity with transactional workflows, digital wallets, or card-based products is an advantage. We require an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience; a graduate degree is preferred. We are seeking at least five years of relevant professional experience. Experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational initiatives for two years is preferred. Responsibilities: We lead digital product management for multiple digital products or one strategic product. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices that meaningfully improve the client experience. We partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues promptly and support escalations when needed to enable fast delivery. We lead the planning, development, and rollout of new digital products. We define and assess markets, develop detailed product features and requirements, and create implementation plans. We use qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to continuously enhance the user experience. We contribute to business planning and departmental prioritization. We take part in special projects and carry out other assigned duties. We build and improve the mobile debit card experience within our app, creating a seamless and intuitive client journey. We lead SDK integrations and technical partnerships needed to deliver debit card capabilities and embedded experiences. We define and deliver an integrated in-app card controls experience so clients can manage their card, alerts, and preferences in one place. We move fluidly between client experience strategy and technical product execution.
