Production Engineering Manager

📋 Description Lead a team of software engineers in Production Engineering's Core team. Help the team turn complex, ambiguous problems into focused engineering goals and deliver them. Challenge assumptions, understand trade-offs, and help engineers make strong decisions. Shape the team's focus, priorities, and projects as Core evolves. Own day-to-day team health: set priorities, coach engineers, create psychological safety, and Build reliable services at scale, reusable standards, and strong Core–Embedded feedback loops. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading software engineers through complex or ambiguous technical work. Production exposure in environments where reliability, scalability, and production risk mattered. Ownership of significant technical initiatives from problem understanding to delivery, including Experience driving adoption of new tools, practices, or ways of working.
