SAP ABAP Consultant – Senior Associate to Senior Manager

Work Arrangement: 50% Hybrid Schedule: Day Shift Employment Type: Full-time We are hiring for experienced SAP ABAP professionals across Senior Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager levels. The role offers the opportunity to work with local and global teams on SAP implementation, transformation, enhancement, and support engagements across different client environments. The appropriate career level will depend on your technical experience, SAP implementation background, client exposure, and leadership responsibilities. Available Levels SAP ABAP Senior Associate – 4 to 7 years of relevant experience SAP ABAP Manager – 7+ years of relevant experience SAP ABAP Senior Manager – 10 to 15 years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, maintain, and support SAP solutions using ABAP Design and develop solutions involving RICEFW objects Work with functional teams and SAP modules such as FICO, PS, SD, MM, PP , and other related areas Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, integration, and support projects Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation initiatives Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization Provide technical guidance and support throughout project delivery For Manager and Senior Manager levels, take greater ownership of project delivery, client relationships, team development, and complex SAP engagements For Senior Manager level, provide strategic technical direction and lead teams through complex SAP implementations and transformation initiatives Required Qualifications Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development Strong knowledge of RICEFW objects Experience supporting or working with SAP functional modules such as FICO, PS, SD, MM, PP , or related modules Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders Experience in SAP implementation projects Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background Good command of written and spoken English Preferred Qualifications Completed 1 to 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects Experience with one or more of the following: CDS Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) RAP CAP SAP Fiori SAP BTP Experience with SAP HANA and/or SAP NetWeaver SAP certification is an advantage but not required Additional Requirements for Manager and Senior Manager Candidates For Manager-level positions, candidates should demonstrate experience beyond technical development, including: Leading or owning SAP project delivery Managing client and stakeholder relationships Guiding and mentoring team members Handling complex technical or project issues Supporting successful delivery of SAP implementations and engagements For Senior Manager-level positions, candidates should additionally demonstrate: Leadership of complex SAP implementations or transformation initiatives Strong team leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience Strategic technology planning and technical direction Strong client relationship and engagement management Advanced SAP ABAP expertise Experience with technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, or SAP BTP Compensation Senior Associate: Up to ₱85,000 basic salary Manager: Up to ₱150,000 basic salary Senior Manager: Up to ₱280,000 basic salary Compensation will be aligned with the applicable career level, experience, and qualifications.
