SAP HCM Time & Payroll Consultant

Salary: $114,400 - 124,800 per year Requirements: We need a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. We require 14+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll. We need deep expertise in SAP Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas. We expect experience creating Functional Design Documents and guiding UAT cycles. We prefer functional knowledge of SAP Mexico Payroll localizations. We prefer an active SAP HR or Payroll certification. We value strong communication skills and the ability to manage client stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities: We configure and support SAP HCM on-premises Payroll and Time Management, including Positive and Negative Time. We create Functional Design Documents and design tailored Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas. We lead test planning and execution during User Acceptance Testing and resolve functional defects. We work closely with ABAP developers and integration teams to deliver custom functional enhancements.
