You will gather high-level business requirements, translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions, and support organizational transformation by developing business cases and guiding the implementation of key initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate and analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Gather, analyze, and document high-level business requirements. Translate business requirements into effective SAP-enabled business solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements. Analyze complex business scenarios and design scalable solutions. Support change management by communicating business impacts and benefits. Document business processes and create clear, actionable specifications. Contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance solution design. Work independently and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Professional & Technical Skills Expert proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management . Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes. Experience mapping business requirements to SAP MM functionalities. Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and design scalable solutions. Knowledge of integration points between SAP MM and other enterprise systems. Proficiency in business process documentation and specification creation. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management . Strong business process analysis and solution design skills. Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Cebu . Willingness to work on a shifting schedule .
