SAP OTC Solution Architect / Process Lead

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements: We seek 10+ years of SAP experience, with substantial expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash. We need strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC. We look for proven ability to design end-to-end business processes rather than configure individual SAP transactions alone. We require strong experience producing process flows, functional specifications, solution designs, and other business and IT documentation. We need solid experience with SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and business validation. We seek proven experience facilitating business workshops and guiding design decisions. We need experience working with APIs, integrations, middleware, and cross-system business processes. We require experience supporting global business processes and multi-country implementations. We value experience developing and delivering training for business users. We need experience working with global system integrators and evaluating their proposed solutions. We require deep knowledge of sales orders, quotations, pricing, contracts and agreements, credit management, delivery and fulfillment integration, billing, returns, credit and debit memos, rebates and incentives, and accounts receivable integration. We need strong understanding of integration between SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce CRM and/or eCommerce platforms. We require strong understanding of master data dependencies, including customer or business partner, product or material, pricing, and organizational data. Responsibilities: We own and lead the end-to-end design of global Order-to-Cash processes across the customer lifecycle. We design solutions spanning quotation and quote management, customer and partner management, sales order management, pricing, credit management, order holds and releases, fulfillment and shipment integration, billing and invoicing, returns and refunds, rebates and incentives, intercompany and cross-company transactions, dispute management, and accounts receivable integration. We develop solutions that balance global process standardization with valid local business needs. We identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove manual workarounds, and improve automation and controls. We ensure proposed solutions address the full business process rather than optimizing isolated SAP transactions or modules. We define the end-to-end customer and commercial process across Salesforce CRM, SAP eCommerce or customer platforms, SAP S/4HANA, and related systems. We establish clear ownership and integration boundaries between CRM, eCommerce, SAP, and other applications. We facilitate business workshops with process owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to assess current-state processes and define future-state capabilities. We translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and solution designs. We create and maintain high-quality solution documentation, including end-to-end process flows, business process diagrams, functional specifications, solution design documents, process narratives, business requirements, integration requirements, data requirements, decision logs, process controls, business rules, and test scenarios.
