SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Responsibilities Lead configuration, design, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with focus on Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding modules. Drive integration between SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management) and SuccessFactors to ensure consistent, end-to-end HR data flow. Serve as solution architect for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM initiatives, defining solution design and providing architectural recommendations. Engage stakeholders through requirement-gathering workshops, translating business needs into functional SuccessFactors solutions. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, implementation partners, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations, presenting SuccessFactors and SAP HCM capabilities to prospective clients. Support configuration of Recruitment & Onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with client hiring workflows. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within SuccessFactors. Provide ongoing functional support and issue resolution for live SuccessFactors environments. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support, gained across enterprise/consulting environments. Hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding. Experience with SAP HCM core modules including PA, OM, TM and their integration with SuccessFactors. Demonstrated experience in solution architecture/design for HCM transformation projects. Experience in SAP FICO, BMC Remedy and Business Objects. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience running requirement workshops and client discussions. Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional teams and implementation partners. Experience in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations for prospective clients. Good communication and presentation skills. SAP certification is an added advantage.
