SAP TM Specialist

About the role We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise SAP transformation project. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP TM and experience with system integration, solution design, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will serve as an SME, helping translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while supporting project delivery and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Transportation Management Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions Design and support scalable SAP TM solutions aligned with business requirements Support SAP TM system integration with other enterprise systems and processes Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless solution integration Troubleshoot complex SAP TM issues and provide effective technical solutions Participate in solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and business decisions Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members About you Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience At least 5 years of relevant SAP TM experience Expert-level knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Strong understanding of transportation management processes within SAP Hands-on experience with SAP TM system integration Experience integrating SAP TM with other enterprise systems Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Experience designing scalable and maintainable SAP solutions Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
