SAP Vendor Invoice Management Consultant

Location: Taguig – Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2 Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week Shift: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Work Hours: 45 hours/week Experience: 3–5+ years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in OpenText/VIM configuration and design . The consultant will support solution design, development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of invoice management processes. Responsibilities Configure and support OpenText/VIM solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform solution design, configuration, and build activities. Troubleshoot VIM-related issues and provide resolutions. Collaborate with SAP Finance and other functional teams. Support testing, deployment, and system enhancements. Identify opportunities to improve invoice processing and automation. Requirements 3–5+ years of extensive SAP VIM experience. Hands-on experience as an OpenText/VIM Configurator or Designer is required. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in solution design and build. Good understanding of SAP invoice management processes. Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Undergraduate/combo profiles may be considered if required skills and experience are verified. Bachelor's degree preferred.
