Security Managed Services Practitioner – Cloud Security

Job Overview We are seeking a Security Managed Services Practitioner specializing in Cloud Security to deliver and manage security services across client environments. The role focuses on protecting cloud environments, supporting compliance and operational resilience, monitoring security controls, and addressing complex security challenges. The successful candidate will work as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, support key security decisions, and help ensure security operations are effective and aligned with business and client objectives. Key Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Managed Cloud Security Services. Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective delivery of security services. Take ownership of team-level security decisions and operational activities. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key security and operational decisions. Provide solutions to security-related problems affecting the immediate team and cross-functional teams. Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team members' technical capabilities. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on security objectives. Support security operations, risk management, incident response, and compliance activities. Conduct or support security assessments and audits across cloud environments. Monitor security events and help identify potential security risks, incidents, and control gaps. Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes, controls, and service delivery. Required Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Managed Cloud Security Services. Strong hands-on understanding of cloud security concepts, frameworks, and security operations. Experience supporting security incident response and risk management activities. Experience working in managed security services or cloud security environments. Ability to work with multiple teams and manage security-related operational responsibilities.
