Scope of the role:Designing and building a mobile application for a TMS class system (Transportation Management System) - a solution built from scratch using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack ComposeCo-creating a new mobile team set up specifically for this project - real influence on the application architecture, working standards and technical decisions from day oneIntegrating the application with API interfaces and logistics systems, and using LLMs and agentic solutions to support the software development process (SDLC) What you need to join us:Must have:5+ years of commercial exp. with Android development along with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)Expert knowledge of the Android SDK, different versions of Android and device configurationsExperience with Jetpack libraries, Android Architecture components and the MVVM and Clean Architecture patternsHands-on experience working with LLMs and agentic development, including workflows that support the SDLC processEnglish B2+, Polish C1+ or nativeEligibility to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.)Nice to have:Jetpack Compose and CoroutinesGoogle's Android UI design principles, patterns, best practices and interface guidelinesPptimizing mobile apps in Java and KotlinFirebase configurationExperience working with API interfaces to integrate data and functionality in mobile applicationsGood understanding of Agile methodologies
