9+ lat doświadczenia jako Business Analyst, samodzielne zbieranie, analiza, walidacja i dokumentowanie wymagań biznesowych, przygotowywanie business requirements, functional specifications, user stories i acceptance criteria, modelowanie i optymalizacja procesów biznesowych, prowadzenie warsztatów ze stakeholderami, praca z backlogiem i requirements traceability, doświadczenie w UAT, Agile/Scrum, gap/impact/risk analysis, raportowaniu i analizie danych, bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, min C1 certyfikacja – wymagany minimum jeden z poniższych: CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, PMI-PBA, CAP, CBATL, CBPP, CFLBA, IREB CPRE lub certyfikat równoważny.
