Senior Configuration Analyst

Salary: $53,000 - 132,400 per year Requirements: We need 2-5 years of relevant functional or technical experience, including knowledge of Oracle Health Charge Services products. We are looking for an undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience. We require product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus. We expect strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with team members and clients. This role requires U.S. citizenship. We need someone who can pass Public Trust security clearance. We are looking for candidates who can reside near Kansas City, Missouri for a hybrid schedule, with one day per week in the office. We may require willingness to travel up to 20%. We expect flexibility to work additional or irregular hours as needed, in line with local regulations. Responsibilities: We analyze complex data to assess configuration readiness. We help define and share design and content best practices with internal project stakeholders. We advise on how design choices and content recommendations affect configuration. We complete complex system configurations independently. We maintain accurate and timely documentation of our work using preferred tools. We act as an escalation point and resolve complex configuration issues. We adopt process improvements and proactively identify new opportunities to enhance processes. We support tool development and troubleshooting. We coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide training and development support as needed. We perform other duties as assigned. We work in line with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures to protect corporate and client assets. Oracle offers a competitive compensation range of $25.48 to $63.65 per hour, or $53,000 to $132,400 per year, with possible bonus and equity eligibility.
