📋 Description Lead frontend and backend online services engineering; set tech roadmap. Oversee Live Operations: releases, health, capacity, incidents. Partner with Product Management, Analytics, and Core Tech for features. Own CI/CD, testing, and automation for live services. Deliver engagement tooling: live events, offers, messaging. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years engineering; 5+ years leadership on AAA cross-platform Live Services. 2+ years leadership in frontend systems for AAA cross-platform Live Services games. Experience operating a shipped live service: release management and incident response. Unreal Engine fluency: core object model, threading, Online Subsystem. Distributed backend architecture expertise for maintainable, debuggable systems.
