Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Fintech (Colombia)

📋 Description Partner with Process Improvement, Product, DevOps, IT, Security, and other business functions to Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical approaches. Map existing workflows, including systems, stakeholders, handoffs, dependencies, and bottlenecks. Identify opportunities for automation and determine which problems are appropriate for technical Design, prototype, build, and productionize automation solutions. Integrate solutions with existing internal systems, APIs, infrastructure, and product workflows as 🎯 Requirements Previous hands-on experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or in a genuinely equivalent Strong software engineering background and ability to build production-quality solutions. Proven experience implementing workflow/process automation solutions. Experience working directly with business stakeholders to discover and define problems.
