Senior Full Stack Developer - Hybrid

Qualifications At least 3 years of hands-on commercial experience in PHP development , with strong experience using Laravel . Alternatively, candidates with 5+ years of backend development experience may be considered if PHP has been a significant hands-on component of their most recent role. Demonstrable commercial experience using PHP and/or Laravel in at least one of the candidate's last two roles . Strong backend development skills with a solid understanding of: PHP Laravel RESTful APIs and backend integrations Database design and management SQL and relational databases Application architecture and backend development concepts Authentication, authorization, and security best practices Performance optimization and troubleshooting Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational database technologies . Experience with database schema design, migrations, query optimization, and data relationships. Strong understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and clean coding practices. Experience using version control tools such as Git . Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frontend frameworks is an advantage. Experience working with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, or modern development tools is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and technical teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript . Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue.js, or similar technologies . MGL
