We value evidence and impact over credentials. 🎯 Requirements Foundation models: training, new architectures, RL, reward modeling Evaluation: benchmarks, eval loops, quality measurement, failure analysis Frontier topics: multimodal models, agents, tool use, world models Published research at ICML/ICLR/NeurIPS/EMNLP/ACL/AAAI PhD in ML/NLP or equivalent practical experience Public work: AI side projects, open-source contributions Full-stack research ownership: frame questions, run experiments, ship results
