Lead and mentor the Adversary Hunting team, optimizing threat hunting operations and methodologies.
📋 Description Lead, mentor, and develop the Adversary Hunting team; OT threat groups. Lead day-to-day hunting ops; refine methodologies; optimize Synapse/StormQL pipelines. Align team priorities with Keystone AI Intelligence collection needs and WorldView reporting goals. Translate hunting outcomes into WorldView content and IOC/YARA opportunities. Deliver KPIs for Adversary Hunting coverage, WorldView reporting, and RFI quality. Represent the team externally via briefs, events, webinars, and customer engagements. 🎯 Requirements 5–7 years in threat intelligence, adversary tracking, or threat hunting. ≥2 years mentoring or leading personnel. Proficiency with Synapse and Storm Query Language. Strong knowledge of attacker TTPs; MITRE ATT&CK for ICS; Diamond Model. Experience with NetFlow, Censys, Shodan, and VirusTotal/Joe Sandbox.
