📋 Description Lead the team: hire, onboard, coach, and retain; set technical quality bar; own capacity across Drive technical wins: own technical strategy for pursuits, serve as senior technical escalation Own the defense problem set: shape requirements upstream, build muscle for exercises and Represent the customer inside Skydio: be aggregated voice to Product and Engineering, build 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of relevant technical experience, including customer-facing role supporting defense 5+ years of federal government or defense experience relevant to UAS. 1+ years leading a technical team. Demonstrated understanding of defense acquisition process for technology.
