Senior Manufacturing Solutions Engineer

📋 Description Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria. Develop, configure, and implement Halcyon Labs solutions with customers. Support enterprise projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring on-time outcomes. Build trusted relationships across customer orgs, from shop floor to executives. Provide ongoing technical support, diagnosing issues and driving resolution. Leverage knowledge of OT/IT systems (MES, ERP, device integration) to guide decisions. 🎯 Requirements 3-5+ years in manufacturing/OT with customer-facing project leadership. BS in Engineering or similar field. Experience with MES/ERP or OT systems; architecture/implementation a plus. Experience in system and device integration in manufacturing. Proven Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement track record.
