Senior Platform Software Engineer, System Engineering

📋 Description Drive end-to-end design, development, and debugging of high-performance system software in C/C++. Own control plane features—configuration, events, failover—for high availability. Collaborate with teams/vendors to define interfaces; implement bring-up, drivers, L2/L3 networking. Architect software for firmware management and updates with minimal downtime. Mentor the team; set code quality standards and guide cross-functional initiatives. 🎯 Requirements C/C++ (C++11+), Python; track record in designing and debugging large-scale systems. Deep Linux/UNIX systems programming; kernel concepts and driver development. HW/SW integration experience: system bring-up, platform requirements; debugging BMC/BIOS/PCIe/I2C. Strong technical leadership; autonomous handling of complex tasks; guides development. Experience with storage or L2/L3 networking protocols. Interest in CPU architecture and data-center hardware; cross hw/sw problems.
