📋 Description Own end-to-end planning and coordination for chatbot automation initiatives across Shopper and Drive program execution in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving roadmap. Build and maintain operational infra for CX Technology Programs, including tracking and Collaborate with product, engineering, and CX operations to translate goals into milestone plans. Identify gaps and blockers, adding structure to under-resourced programs to momentum. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in program management within tech/e-commerce or CX orgs. Experience managing multiple programs with cross-functional stakeholders and clear status delivery. Background with automation, AI, or chatbot tech in an operational context. Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar; data-driven progress tracking.
