Senior QE Lead, Infrastructure

📋 Description Plan and execute QE team's priorities. Define, launch, and execute strategic and operational QE initiatives. Ensure quality across projects during planning, development, launches. Drive adoption of automated testing as a key lever. Communicate program status to stakeholders and senior leadership. Collaborate with Product teams to identify opportunities and tooling. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in software quality assurance with proven delivery. Experience partnering with QE teams to advance test automation. Strong leadership including hiring, performance management, and career development. Proactive communication and stakeholder management. Comfortable in fast-paced environments with ambiguity. Experience with JIRA, Asana, Smartsheets, Google Docs, Agile. 🎁 Benefits This role is US–Remote Eligible with occasional office visits.
