Senior Software Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least 4 years of related experience; alternatively, at least 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Active TS/SCI security clearance. Preferred: Hands-on full-stack web development experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python. Preferred: Experience with Docker, object-oriented programming, software-hardware integration, and basic Linux configuration and troubleshooting. Preferred: Familiarity with Git, debugging, automated testing, and secure development practices. Responsibilities: Design, develop, integrate, and maintain high-reliability command-and-control software that supports customer missions and real-world assets. Build responsive full-stack web applications with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, along with backend Python services and APIs. Develop and deploy containerized software using Docker, applying object-oriented design to produce clean, maintainable, testable code. Integrate software with specialized hardware platforms and troubleshoot interfaces, data flows, and runtime behavior. Configure and troubleshoot Linux development, deployment, and runtime environments to support software delivery and maintenance. Collaborate with customers, systems engineers, and mission users to translate operational needs into practical technical solutions. Provide technical leadership through sound engineering judgment, design reviews, and collaboration with peers.
