Senior Software Engineer, Backend

📋 Description Design & Development: Build/maintain backend services with performance and scalability. Collaboration: Define and implement features with product managers and stakeholders. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, efficient code. Testing & Debugging: Develop automated tests and troubleshoot issues. Hands-on coding & architecture: Set high technical standards for a high performing team. Grow the team: Mentorship and leadership; review documents and code changes. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping. Experience with MySQL or other relational databases. Experience with microservices. Strong coding, testing, and system design skills. Leadership and mentoring of junior engineers.
