📋 Description Ship foundational services to enable faster engineering. Design and deliver software to improve availability, scalability, latency, and cost. Design and develop systems and processes enabling highly available and scalable applications. Leverage Python, Go, AWS, and Kubernetes to advance Ironwood Digital's platform. Mentor engineers to improve performance, self-healing, and defensive coding. Identify and drive cost-optimization opportunities across the platform. 🎯 Requirements BA or BS in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience operating and scaling complex distributed systems. Experience working in a cloud-native environment. Proven experience developing applications in Python and Go. Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, API gateways, or observability.
