Requirements
– 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
– Strong proficiency in .NET
– Experience with Azure;
– Experience with React and Nextjs;
– Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices.
– Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.
– Ideally previous experience on fintech industry.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Comfortable working in agile environments.
– Background in mentoring or coaching engineers.
– Fluent in English (written and spoken).
As a Tech Lead/Solution Architect, you will:
– Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
– Contributing to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems.
– Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
– Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture.
– Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.
