Senior Technical Program Manager, Quantum Computing

Salary: $148,200 - 163,300 per year Requirements: We require 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management. We require 7+ years of direct work with engineering teams. We require 3+ years of software development experience. We require 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams. We require experience leading programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules. Preferred: 5+ years of project management discipline experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management. Preferred: Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and building sustainable processes. Preferred: Experience defining KPIs and SLAs to support multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership. Preferred: Experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams. Responsibilities: We manage programs that span multiple engineering and applied science teams, as well as other AWS services. We drive integration work with external quantum hardware partners. We define and deliver operational and security requirements. We contribute to strategic and tactical planning across the organization. We set goals and help prioritize resources. We help customers experiment with quantum technologies, build new skills, identify potential applications, and plan for the future.
