Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements: We are seeking someone with 5+ years of Workforce Management experience. We need someone who can work flexible hours to support global teams across multiple time zones. Responsibilities: We lead the strategy, implementation, and global rollout of Workforce Management solutions. We manage Workforce Software (WFS) initiatives, including Time & Attendance and pay rule setup. We gather business needs and help shape efficient Workforce Management processes. We partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational needs. We support integrations with Workday, ADP, Kronos/UKG, payroll, and other enterprise platforms. We oversee multi-country deployments, schedules, risks, and priorities. We collaborate with vendors and implementation partners to deliver projects successfully. We ensure solutions align with local labor, payroll, union, and Works Council obligations. We create deployment plans, roadmaps, business cases, and project status updates. We communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. We support change management and user adoption for new systems and processes. We identify ways to improve and standardize Workforce Management processes globally.
