SharePoint Migration Specialist

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements: Experience with website, intranet, SharePoint, or content migration initiatives Strong attention to detail and solid organizational abilities Experience handling large volumes of digital content Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with limited supervision Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and content management systems Preferred: experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva Connections, or intranet platforms Preferred: background in marketing, communications, or digital content management Responsibilities: We migrate existing content, documents, pages, and resources from our current intranet site to Pulse We review and organize content structure to support consistency and easier navigation We update formatting, links, metadata, and page layouts as needed during migration We conduct quality assurance checks to confirm content accuracy and functionality We collaborate with Marketing and business stakeholders to prioritize migration work We document migration processes and monitor progress against project timelines We identify and escalate content issues, gaps, or opportunities for improvement Technologies: Support Marketing Microsoft 365 SharePoint Office 365 AI LESS More: We have a short-term project in Nashville, TN focused on moving content from a legacy intranet platform to our Pulse intranet site. The role partners closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure content is transferred accurately, organized clearly, formatted properly, and optimized within the new platform.
