Job Description Get to Know the Team The Payment Acquiring Team at Keystone AI seeks to create a seamless and unified payment experience across our multiple applications. We are a diverse team that utilizes a variety of coding languages to develop and maintain various apps, aimed at providing an excellent and consistent payment experience for our users. Get to Know the Role We are seeking an experienced and experienced Software Engineer to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge financial solutions, driving and fostering a collaborative environment. The role is an Individual Contributor role and reports directly to the Engineering Manager. You will be based onsite in our Jakarta office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Establish best practices for development and ensure adherence to coding standards Optimize application performance and troubleshoot critical issues Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment Contribute to technical decision-making and long-term strategy for mobile development Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of backend development experience Strong proficiency in backend development with Go (Golang) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), compute technologies (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver projects end-to-end across teams Ability to balance hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities—mentoring others while still writing code and driving execution plans Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively across teams Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes Preferred Qualifications: Experience with payments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Understanding of Agile methodologies Fluent with AI tools like Cursor Company Description About Keystone AI and Our Workplace Keystone AI is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. From getting your favourite meals delivered to helping you manage your finances and getting around town hassle-free, we've got your back with everything.
