Solutions Designer (Open Gateway)

Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course. With Experience in Open Gateway Must possess a strong technical background with the ability to read and understand source code and API documentation. Deep understanding of Identity Security protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, FIDO2) and directory services (Active Directory, OpenLDAP, Okta, Sailpoint). A strong background in business operations and process mapping to streamline identity governance. Excellent verbal and written skills to translate complex security jargon into actionable business insights. At least 5 years of experience in product design, software development, or identity security solutions. Previous experience in digital product development or software design is essential. Demonstrated success in leading teams to meet strategic enterprise objectives. A background in digital security or risk management is highly preferred. Available to start in October 2026.
