📋 Description Lead the design of AI platform features from concept to launch. Drive a compelling vision on how AI permeates throughout our app and is integrated thoughtfully Partner closely with engineers, and with PM and go-to-market stakeholders to brainstorm, define Collaborate closely with our product and customer-facing teams to participate in UX Research and Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback Lead regular design reviews with the broader AI team. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years professional design experience working at a startup or similarly resource-restricted Experience shipping AI products end to end as the lead designer.
