Staff Software Engineer, Backend

📋 Description Collaborate with Product to deliver features quickly in a fast-moving environment. Design and own backend services and APIs powering Harvey’s apps and integrations. Model and manage data in Postgres and related stores for low-latency experiences. Build secure, multi-tenant, permissions-aware systems with auditing. Implement backend features and workflows that use LLMs and agentic tools. Collaborate with frontend, product, and design to ship features end-to-end. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years of backend engineering experience building and operating production web apps or SaaS. Strong Python skills and experience with FastAPI or Flask. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL. API design, authentication/authorization, background jobs, and error handling.
