Staff Test Engineer, Systems Test

📋 Description Take end-to-end accountability for major multi-pack test assets lifecycle. Architect test plans validating auxiliary systems, BMS, harnesses, sensors. Bridge hardware/software/controls teams to translate requirements into validation plans. Partner with Site Ops/Facilities to manage infrastructure, power, safety, uptime. Lead day-to-day test campaigns; drive RCA and triage across hardware/software. Turn test data into actionable reports and leadership dashboards. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in systems test, integration testing, or hardware validation. Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or related. Deep familiarity with BMS, high/low voltage wiring, sensors, actuators. Experience with high-power industrial systems, thermal management, or fluidics. Proficiency with test automation (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink) and data pipelines.
